Upcoming firmware update
« on: November 21, 2016, 08:51:54 AM »
In one of the coming updates from Aillio to RoastTime and the Firmware, they will bring one of the most wanted updates. Multitasking for the Bullet R1, so we cool a batch of beans, and put the roaster into preheat aswell. The software is being testet at the moment, I will give et a test in the upcoming weekend.

Really looking forward to this feature.

I have now been doing some testing with the firmware, and it works pretty well when doing back to back roasting. When I have roasted aproximately 1kg, it takes 4-5 minutes until I'm able to roast again, and the bullet has pre heated.

The bullet still goes into an error, if you havent done it all probably. So the software will still need some tweaking.

Great news! I just received my Bullet this week and typically do back to back roasts so this will be a nice update!

It's still a bit of a hassle getting started, I usualle get an error 3-4 times before I get going. When doing b2b roast, there is aproximately 5 minutes of wait time, before the roaster is back up to the preheat temperature.

I'm roasting 1kg, and preheat at 195c.
